k63b8 bAthletic Facility Constructability Studies |
This particular athletic facility contained a back-of-house element that was reiterated from a previous facility. The opportunity presented itself to straighten out a condition inherited from the previous iteration, and save the client money. This is the second option of three, setting a full-height masonry bearing wall at the end of a hollow core reinforced concrete plank. Hollow core planks needed to be retained as they were or else we faced having to re-engineer the planks and delay progress. The CMU bearing wall shifts to the end of the plank. Produced 13 June 2000 = Tayya 63b8, six dozen third phase (Añikç-Epravinal Xrga, “Househunting Life Phase”).
