An on-site aðitriça-style sketch revisiting the Great Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba. The style involves a limited palette of markers, intent on rapidly conveying a scene. The style is unforgiving but intense. Here the architecture is laid out in 4H pencil, washed with color, then the deep black of a Sharpie is sparingly applied. A fine ballpoint Pentel delivers fine lines and simulated typography. The sketch took less than half an hour. Produced 14 October 1999 = Tayya 6235, six dozen second phase (Añikça-Xegriwal Xrga, “Life Phase of Wedding”).
