This building was commonly seen on commutes downtown along Southwest Avenue just south of Interstate 44. It sat vacant for years, formerly the Central Paper Company warehouse, typical of warehouses of its time. I photographed the building in April as a potential subject and began drawing it in July. Around this time the building was razed, so I left the drawing unfinished to commemorate its passing. Note the severe erosion of masonry at the sills of the large windows. Produced 20 July 2001 = Tayya 6692, six dozen sixth phase (Añikç-Egarynmal Xrga, “Life Phase of the Spiritual Reconstitution”).
