Many schematic RFPs have leverageable assets-drawings and photos of conditions that they did in Colorado or back east that they want to implement here. Vinci LLC can use these assets and build a plausible rendition of what they are planning here. Oftentimes there is more information in a schematic RFP than one would think. This information enables us to get beyond question marks, so we can talk construction.
