Tilt Up Design Studies
Pass around a cold brew
A Southern Tier beverage distributor is moving their warehouse to a blighted shopping center, breathing economic activity and green space into that part of town. Vinci’s client is teamed up with a designer and is interested in showing the Owner a few exterior finish options. The client also would like to describe construction.
Distilling the work
Vinci produced a VinTerra™ digital model of the site and environs, which originally included buildings which had been demolished and needed removal. Nearby major improvements and all observed minor improvements were placed in a Digital Worksite™. Vinci produced a rapid SubVision Xray™ view of existing site utilities. The worksite was laid out according to directives. Vinci built the subject, a steel-frame structure with tilt-up concrete exterior walls, given a brief set of plans and elevations. Logistics were placed and the schedule applied to the worksite. Vinci generated views of the exterior options, a General Construction Sequence™, three detail sequences, and frames covering areas not seen in detail in the other views.
Shipping it out
The construction visualization was instrumental in helping the Owner make architectural decisions and understand the construction strategy. Vinci’s Digital Worksite™ service aims for an efficient development of clear, convincing, audience-friendly construction marketing graphics. From branded logistics to realistic laydown and staging rendering, Vinci LLC’s construction visualization has evolved to clearly communicate your construction message to your audience. Vinci Digital Worksite™ service can be affordable even for modest commercial projects, giving you an edge when it comes to communicating to an Owner or stakeholder. Call Vinci LLC today to illustrate your next construction marketing endeavor.
