This trio of vignettes covers one of five areas of interest on the water plant site. Each of the five areas of interest were studied, showing the audience that Vinci’s client was not only familiar with the RFP, but had ideas to offer regarding efficient construction and long term operation of the facility. They came to the table with options, and won the project as a result.
