In the course of digitally modeling existing and proposed conditions, we inform our strategy regarding temporary conditions. Sometimes this process validates our approach or at minimum, raises questions to the attention of the Owner audience. Oftentimes no other team will suss out such issues. This speaks to the thoroughness of your team's project-specific research — well before you have the project you’re bidding on! Validation via the visualization process can be key in winning that project!
This visual examines elevation differentials that were unclear in the 2-dimensional RFP schematic drawing set at a joint between two existing additions. This joint is exposed when one addition is raised for a renovation.
Take a look at the 4d overview, a closer look at this side of the renovation. View the worksite perimeter and gates. See other examples of validation via the worksite modeling process.
