Sometimes this process validates our approach or at minimum, raises questions to the attention of the Owner audience. Oftentimes no other team will suss out such issues. Validation via the visualization process can be key in winning that project!
This visual examines elevation differentials that were unclear in the 2-dimensional RFP schematic drawing set at a joint between two existing additions. This joint is exposed when one addition is raised for a renovation.
