A prestigeous university needs to expand on-campus health services. The original building is iconic and has had several expansions over the years. During the first phase the clinic will continue to operate, then a new addition will be operational as the old facility is aggressively rehabbed. The RFP details temporary conditions as well as can be expected, and a BIM is available for proposed conditions. Parking for a neighboring facility will be used to house staging and field offices.
