On a greenfield site, it might seem elementary to dig in and start buildin’. This site has a foundation that requires a retaining wall, and that means that mass excavation and backfill have to be integrated with foundation construction in an organized manner. Vinci can show workflow given a brief conversation with your project manager. Here we have a benched dig with backfill following cure of a deep middle wall, and footings coming in on the high side generally afterward. Once the cure and backfill are complete, steel framing commences.
