Vinci LLC opened for business in November 2004, and moved to its commercial office in March 2005.

Vinci’s vision is to help other businesses visually communicate their construction dreams practically, convincingly, and digitally, to help win the business of their audience. Vinci’s mission is to deliver convincing business development and marketing graphics to the building construction, design, and facilities management communities in a custom and professional way.

Service Features

Vinci is developing pages to describe services and features. Two of the four principal services are described as of late November 2008:
Vinci™ Vignettes are short studies, including the “Makeover”, the “Man on the Street”, and so many more. These images speak to your audience on their terms, seeing a worksite the way they see it. Use the “Swiss Watch” to explain complexities of your idea or of the work to be undertaken. It’s amazing what good construction visualization will do for your chances on that next big job.
Vinci™ Focus™ is construction visualization that simply illustrates your building without context. It™s ideal for greenfield developments, simple projects, and the budget-conscious construction marketing team.
Vinci™ General Construction Sequences™ or GCS™ are series of illustrations of your project covering each significant milestone in your construction schedule, seen from one vantage point. The GCS™ is the bread-and-butter service, used on nearly every Vinci LLC project. Vinci’s GCS™ can be produced in one of two striking ways, depending on budget, deadline, and available material. The Vinci™ Digital Worksite™ service is an immersive digital modeling technique that provides a flexible way to produce convincing GCS™, vignettes, basic schematic analytical imagery, and up to hundreds of images for your crucial efforts. Vinci™ DWS™ has been used on brownfield demolition sites, Ivy League university science laboratories, factory office buildings, and greenfield medical center replacement facilities. It can be as comprehensive as you see fit, from a compact and simple 30 hour effort to a no-holds-barred 300 hour “Swiss Watch” extravaganza. Vinci’s finest imagery derives from the Vinci™ DWS. Michael Thomas De Vlieger, AIA, AIGA

I am a Missouri registered architect proudly living in the city of Saint Louis. I have ten years experience in architecture that includes the full spectrum of design services from schematic design through contract administration. My specialty is the convincing rendering of a building under construction, and the assembly of interactive presentations. My architectural drawings have won four Saint Louis AIA-CPC awards. I grew up with computers, yet have been trained as a skilled pencil-and-paper draftsman.

My artistic intuition means you’ll get great results, results that paint a picture of your audience organization’s dreams so vivid that they’ll know you’ve done your homework.

Real-world experience as an architect dealing with actual construction means you won’t need to constantly babysit a graphic designer or cad modeler.

Ten solid years of rendering architecture by pencil and pixel means I’m fast as can be. I’m fired up about buildings, have loved them from the very start.
