Vinci’s client contact Mike, marketing director for the southeastern office of a national builder, phones in with a major opportunity in a rural area. This is a key opportunity, but there isn’t much time — just one week! Mike’s got an aerial and a schematic set of plans for this design-build opportunity. The site is perched on a hill and is surrounded by lakes, forests, and streams, a sylvan setting requiring protection. The project will be a manufacturing training center.

The production of a plausible structural frame from the schematics is a typical Vinci LLC process. Vinci builds a simple structure and uses SurePlan™ to situate the subject, grounds, and logistics on the right hill. “What can we do,” asks Mike regarding the 100-year flood plain.
