Digging into a Dance Department.

A west coast university intends to build a new dance center on the site of a clinic. The site is compact and requires a deep dig. There is an existing underground electric yard that must be maintained. The client engaged Vinci LLC before shortlist to produce a limited set of renderings of three phases in the project. This was later extended to four phases before the project was cancelled at 96%.s
