This part of the worksite perimeter has the following constraints: an access road to an underground receiving dock at left, parallel with a city’s light rail system, a skyway above a thoroughfare, a campus street. Underground we have utilities and a partially demolished foundation along with soil contaminated by the former fuel processing plant. The excavation has to negotiate all these constraints before the building even leaves the ground.
