4d virtual construction visualization logistics overview.

10 Year Retrospective | No. 6 of 10 | Entertainment Venue Renovation | December 2010.

This project follows a modest late-2009 premier engagement with this client, when the surge that was the dying of the construction market was beginning to wane. This project popped up in the first dry year, a much-anticipated heavy rain. The project is simply gorgeous, and the client was easygoing and knowledgeable. The information we received was early design development, so plenty of artistic license. This made for efficient production. Next Project→

Delicious Darling.

Trained as a modernist, I can appreciate the statement the original building made. We turned it into a Southern Belle fit for her place near Charleston Bay. The project is just delicious, nothing more need be said.

This is the first of several engagements with the team at a branch of a major builder. We would proceed with another beauty in late 2011 (R8898), then a handful more (A8930, A8948, A8966) in early 2012.

Scenes from this project appear below. The convincing detail present in the focus of this project inherited much from A8235. Projects that illustrate the construction of work by signature architects Koolhaas (A80B0), Pei Cobb (A80B6), Morphosis (A8818), and Koetter Kim (A9168) share in a related attention to design intent. The rigorous branding of logistics necessary on this project was systematized in a way that makes it fast and easy to apply for any client or Owner (A9158). Next Project→
